What is the plan for supporting version 3 of chokidar?

I can see that it's at version 3 in package.json on branch master =>

but when installing it locally, it looks like the published version requires version "^2.0.0" =>

Unfortunately for us there are unpublished commits on the master branch - agreed its frustrating to see this kind of mismatch.

chokidar v3.5 has solved an issue. But gulp-watch not upgrade it. 😭
