Validation of flights should be enhanced #79

The flight validation must be extended for creating deliveries.

Add also validation errors texts for better usability.

Additional validation checks:

Flight overlapping (aircraft is in air twice is not possible)
Person can not be on two different flights the same time
Check license of pilot
Check license of instructor
