Describe the bug
deploymentTarget in renative.json isn't being applied for tvOS platform, no matter what deploymentTarget is set in renative.json, xcode build settings still displayed old version

To Reproduce

  1. set deployment target in packages/template-starter/renative.json.platforms.tvos
  2. Run/build app, open xcode project and check build settings
    image

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ventura 13.5.2
  • Node Version 18.18.0
  • RNV Version 1.7.0-rc.0
  • template-starter Version 1.7.0-rc.0
