Buffer Helper Method getReachableRunningMode does not look at SoC, only at the timer-allowed transitions. You'll run into this when a running mode is not defined for the entire range. In that case the running mode may not be actually reachable because of SoC reasons. For example a battery that doe not allow hypercharging upon almost being full.
