This operator exists for JAX. Any of the operands as an input to the stop_gradient function, do not calculate gradients with respect to their inputs.

I would need help, not sure how to go about this. I don't have a lot of context on FlexFlow implementation of operators.

Implemented via a different mechanism in #622.
