Fixes #1984.
I'm not sure what the original asset overlay image shown was, so I've removed that altogether (as it appears wrong in the new CRS).
Also removed the Custom CRS page, as it was very very similar to the epsg 3996 page. Transferred the historical readme documentation to the website.
