Flatpak updates?

First, my compliments for this smoothly working and good-looking application!

Will there be any ability to (batch) update installed flatpaks? I can't find anything about that topic. Or am I missing some point?

I haven't stated publicly anything regarding Flatpak updates, but that is something I would like to implement too. I can't say when but it definitely is on my mind, along with searching for Flatpaks by ID and installing them.

I don't know if you intend to also provide automated regular updates (as an alternative to GNOME Software, which the user may not necessarily have installed), but if you do, when auto-updates are enabled, you could have Warehouse remain running as a portalled background process and then state the reason for it, like https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-calendar/-/issues/1193
