Cursor size and theme ignored

I´ve installed the libreoffice flatpak on a debian 11 system.
Contrary to the native install the cursor theme and sizes are ignored by the flatpak

I have the exact same issue.

The left is a package installed via the Arch Linux repos showing what the cursor theme should be, and the right is installed through flatpak showing the default gnome cursor theme that it is reverting to.

OS: Arch Linux
DE: Gnome 42.5 Wayland

This is known flatpak runtime bug that will be fixed in next org.freedesktop.Platform release. LO has nothing to do with this.

so maybe revert to an older runtime until this is resolved?
