Right now we just assume that the builders built the right thing. It would make a lot of sense for update-repo to verify that all the refs have the app-id as prefix before importing them.

This is made somewhat more complicated by runtimes, because its valid for org.kde.Sdk to also produce a org.kde.Platform ref, but we could probably special case these.
