Google map icons not showing up

I created a map on the page followed the instruction in Readme, but the google map doesn't show all its defaults icons including "Toggle fullscreen view", "street view", and "Zoom out" functions. Also when I use Infobox with a picture, the close button doesn't show up as well. The screenshot is shown below:

Is there any idea to solve or debug this? Thx!
