Justification

Listing JOULE on the FTSO is crucial as it enables a reliable price feed necessary for its use in DeFi applications, extending its potential utility beyond trading. JOULE being a Flare native token and the native token of Flare's native lending protocol, having decentralized pricing on FTSO v2 ensures proper alignment and integration within the Flare ecosystem.
