UTC time zone enforcement

Hi all,

in Grafana, you could change the timezone to always use UTC rather than browser time. Unfortunately, I could not convince the statusmap plugin to use also UTC for the time line. It respects the correct timezone in data and in the tooltip but the assignment to the timeline is not correct. It has my browser UTC+2 offset.

Is there an option I missed to set or does it look like a defect?

I run Grafana 7.x and use statusmap 0.42.
