Remove redundant tags on tooltip

Hi,
many thanks for the amazing plugin! It helps me a lot on my work.

I am wondering if I can remove the redundant tags in the tooltip. My tooltip looks like this:

My input data is the records of a number of visited count of specific tables respectively. I wanna show the "table_id" and "table_count" in the tooltip. The "name" & "value" fields are redundant for me. And this is my tooltip setting.

As you can see, there are repeated values shown on the tooltip. Is there any way to remove the "name" & "value"?
