support for vcluster plugin API v2.0 #10

Hi,
In v0.19 and onwards, vcluster introduced Plugin API v2 in OSS (https://github.com/loft-sh/vcluster/releases/tag/v0.19.0), which I believe makes this plugin incompatible.
Any plans on porting to Plugin API v2?
