@mriedel56 You added the master scans file in 441ccc8. I know we almost definitely discussed this at the time, but do you recall what it's for? I know that the file should include all scans from the dataset, along with a column for annotation and another for inclusion. I think that the inclusion refers to the final version of the dataset (e.g., bad T1s that would adversely impact fMRIPrep preprocessing). However, I don't think anyone ever figured out how to handle the removal and renaming we would need. Therefore, do we still need the file?
