🐞 Problem
[BUG] the language text in the boxes does not look visually appealing.
the padding is not set right.
the texts are also smaller on both medium and large screens making it difficult to see.

Changing the padding of the boxes to make it visual appealing.
Adding media for text to change for medium and or large screens.
This also improves the design of the Projects cards.
