Feature Request: Optionally change board params

It would be nice to override and/or add to board parameters from a FireMarshal workload definition. If the board not used, then that part of the definition would be ignored. This would be useful to have some workloads further customize board specific options.

Use Case:
Right now when you "install" a workload in FireSim, a default set of "common simulation outputs" is added to the FireSim workload definition. It would be nice to override and/or add to this from the FireMarshal workload instead of having to modify this manually after it is installed to FireSim.
