[Landing][Login] Verify if we are checking cooperative status at user login

When registering a new cooperative from landing page, we can enable/activate JUST the user but not the cooperative (although we have a feature to enable'em both together).

The user shouldn't be able to login if the cooperative is not enabled, but I could when I tested it!
Take a look and add the verification if it's not there already.
