We have a romhack named "San Guo Zhan Ji - Zhen Tun Shi Tian Di (Hack)", romset's name is kovptstd.
Is this new romhack possibly an update or an alternate version ? The names seem quite similar.

This romhack won't boot using the same code as kovplus and its clones, you'll need to ask the author of that modified FBNeo program about the changes he did.
