Easyfil.info problems

I have been investing into EAsyfil.info for the last couple months. all went well up to yesterday. From yesterday no payments were made and when we contacted the customer line they said that all accounts must be upgraded by at least $2000 per account and it must happen for 10 accounts. me and my group has $10000 invested and they say if we do not upgrade the other money will not be released. This is theft and I need somebody in charge of Filecoin mining to assist me with this matter
