each tutorial should have a clearly marked "download the data here" section

When going through the tutorial it can be hard to find the link to the "download here" link. It would be easier if there were a fixed section at the end of the introduction that also appears in the ToC on the right.

The tutorials follow in general the structure from https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/development/guideline/documentation/#how-to-structure-a-tutorial

Some tutorials have in the background section a "The dataset used in this tutorial" subsection. It might be nice to use that format more consistently, and to consistently add a pointer to the download server.
