Hello! Looking at the error the code is not finding def_b1_hila which is registered in mmseg/models/backbones/hila_segformer.py.

It looks like hila_segformer.py is not properly being loaded, perhaps due to something weird happening in the path.

What is the specific command you are running and does your version of python/mmcv/torch/torchvision match the installation? I know that the versioning differences has cause a few errors in the past for me.
