Feature description

Add functions that allow interacting with the hardware wallet, so that long transactions can be processed.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution is based on sending and receiving three types of messages to the wallet hardware, which are part of the protocol for long transactions. These new messages would be SignTx, TxAck and TxRequest.

Possible implementation

Modifying transactionSign command if the number of inputs or outputs is greater than 7
