+When `include-status-in-app` enabled, the `status` subresource of Application resources triggering deploys will be updated with `result` and `logs`, in addition to the updates to ApplicationStatus resources as the deploy progresses. While the structure is similar to the ApplicationStatus resource, there are some differences:
