"files tour" of metricminer dashboard #84

It can be overwhelming for users to start a metricminer dashboard.

We should point them to where they go to do what. This may include making a video and also a little file synopsis.

For example:

_config_automation.yml is where you go to set up your metric collection
site.yml is where you go to set up your navbar
And all the Rmd files is where you go to tailor what data you show.

and etc.....
