Look in both the lectures and labs

Also check the homeworks, though I believe those datasets are unique to the homework

Looking at this, the CalEnviroScreen dataset could probably just be used for the labs and removed from the lectures (if we want to streamline things).

Alternatively, I can remove it completely and the students can instead work almost exclusively with the CO ER Visits for Heat Exhaustion dataset
