I decided to try not drinking alcohol for an undetermined amount of time. It may be forever as I'm at six months now. I didn't have an alcohol problem, so it's not because I needed, but it was a conscious decision. I could share about my decision to stop drinking and about my journey so it may inspire others... or not :)
