Create "default" configuration variables #3

Find a way to make configuration variables act as "default", i.e. set at the end of check_parameters, extra_service_conf, etc.

For example, this attribute set:

{
  'check_mk': {
    'config': {
      // ...
      '_default': {
        'extra_service_conf': {
          'max_check_attempts': '3'
        }
      }
    }
  }
}

Would be mapped to:

# main.mk
extra_service_conf["max_check_attempts"] += [
  # ...
  ( "3", ALL_HOSTS, ALL_SERVICES )
]
