google搜索无法登陆

谷歌学术等可用，但谷歌搜索不可用（用的北京hosts）；使用
代理后可以访问。
直接访问时会出现这么一句话：
“403. That’s an error.

Your client does not have permission to get URL /search from this server. 
That’s all we know.”
