mobiscroll.Date tap on 'Set' carry over to main screen. Ghost Click (Android 4.2.2)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Inatal mobiscroll on Android 4.2.2
2. set up .mobiscroll().date
3. on the calendar pop up when set date is clicked pop up goes away and the tap 
is carried over to the main screen and perform a tap on the element right under 
the Set button of calendar popup.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when click on Set on the calendar pop up it should set the date on the date 
field and goes away.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
this only happens on devices with Android version 4.2.2 and works as expected 
on 4.1.2.

2.4.4 but this happens on 2.6.0 as well.
