I see in a log of copr-be

Aug 20 15:44:20 copr-be.aws.fedoraproject.org rsyslogd[1062]: cannot resolve hostname 'log01' [v8.2310.0-1.fc39 try https://www.rsyslog.com/e/2027 ]

It seems we have something not configured correctly.
