When IBM Cloud spawns machine with storage for swap, it creates it as /dev/vd[a,b,c,d]. AFAIK we have spinup script that covers only /dev/vd[a,b], for c and d variant, mkswap fails. This affects both fedora copr and internal copr

fixed in gitlab repo 40e0d0e0 for internal copr - fedora copr has already this bug resolved in ansible repo: https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/blob/main/f/roles/copr/backend/files/provision/files/enable-swap.sh#_13
