The Exclude/ExclusiveAarch chroot skipping confuses webUI monitor #3142

Note the aarch64 columns are skipped, even though aarch64 architecture build was already done. The project in question (@osh namespace, Red Hat Copr) builds the package in two phases:

  1. first they build for aarch64 package (skips x86_64)
  2. then they build x86_64 packages (skips aarch64)

Since the last one always wins, the aarch64 is reported as "skipped" even though it has been built.
