Note that the Fedora Project Contributor Agreement is not a copyright assignment agreement and gives Fedora no special rights; we probably should not call it a "CLA". |

The file https://github.com/fedora-cloud/Fedora-Dockerfiles/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md mentions in the point 3 "If your proposed change is accepted, and you haven't already done so, sign a Contributor License Agreement (see details above)." and I am wonder what CLA this document refers to, as I cannot find details above.
