There have been updates to our architecture and it needs to be reflected in the system diagram.

We moved off AWS Aurora GovCloud to regular AWS Aurora
The eRegs application has been deprecated. It needs to be removed and we need to add the eCFR API as an external service.
Update shared drive
Update image on wiki: https://github.com/fecgov/FEC/wiki/2.-FEC-system-diagram
