Filings datatable with committee_id- typeahead research

Summary

The link to an unverified committee doesn't seem to work anymore., https://www.fec.gov/data/filings/?data_type=processed&committee_id=C00780197, but links to unverified candidates seem to still work, https://www.fec.gov/data/filings/?data_type=processed&candidate_id=H8NC00023.

• If you replace committee_id with q_filer (in the URL) for a verified committee, it returns the correct data
• However replacing committee_id with q_filer (in the URL) for the unverified committee C00780197, there is no data. @PaulClark2 says that he expects 9 filings to appear for this committee.

After the redirects research is finished here, we should research typeahead solutions to this issue. Perhaps adding a new type of typeahead?
