Auto scroll up after changing page

Hi,
I think it could be useful, if, in the case of a table containing several pages, after changing the page, the table would scroll up automatically (thus showing the column headers). In my opinion, this will improve the ergonomics of the data visualization.

Another idea, on the same subject, would be having the page selector control on the bottom and on the top of the table as well to simplify the navigation between pages.

Hi,

These are 2 potential enhancements.
In some way, it is close to issue #170.
I think that fixed table header would fix your first suggestion.
