- Fixed commandline parm so that "adaventure_osx 0" truly disables HiDpi, as advertised. Use if any graphical jerkiness is perceived.
- Added a small waterfall inside castle, fed by copper pipe.
- Added awesome foam effects where the interior waterfall hits the pool surface.
- Added simple volume control + other corrections to my OpenAL binding. Using it to adjust outside waterfall sounds.

- Improved/generalized OSX build scripts.
- Command line params clarified: 1=allowHiDpi(default); 0=forceLoDpi.
(Use low DPI to smooth out action graphics.) - Added waterfall from castle roof into cistern, using both particle & ribbon textures.

- Fixed a problem with the h-key toggle of intro screen/music.
- Implemented a ghost-sword on ceiling, similar to ghost-key.
- Bat now grabs dropped sword as planned, ch 1 & ch 3.
- In Ch1/Ch3 (as originally planned) if sword is dropped to pickup key, bat grabs sword instead.
