This MR adds the github CI which builds (and when tagging on
vXXXXrelease) the wafefficacy binary.Also i have improved the script to check for div by zero and the presence of nuclei.
As additional, you should always show the total number of tests when showing a percentage.
I need a proper release for running this tool within the CI: wargio/naxsi#90
