Deno support

• Which way to support do you prefer? A new package or refactor farrow-api and farrow-http?

There is no explicit roadmap for Deno support for now.

The HTTP API of Deno is quite different from Node.js, it may hard to reusing the current source code directly.

The new repository seems necessary.
