链接中提出需要对参数进行BN层的融合和缩放，这部分操作似乎在 Converter 类中的 fuse和set_voltagehook 函数中，那么最后得到的突触参数值要如何获得呢？另一方面，如果我想加载自己的SNN模型参数（注意不是ANN参数）又该如何做呢？

ANN-SNN的工作建议自己实现，会比spikingjelly目前的方便很多
