能不能把所有观赏卡和奖品卡资料也加入扩展卡资料库？

可以自备资料库导入YGOMobile；按现有规则ypk打包（安卓设备选择ypk打开方式选择YGOMobile也可以）

我就是没有统一的相关翻译资料和相关卡图，而且我也不会安卓打包

我并没有这些资料，你需要还是自行搜集。ypk本身就是存储打包的zip
