What would you like to be added:

A table similar to https://github.com/falcosecurity/falco-exporter?tab=readme-ov-file#event-priority

Why is this needed:

It was requested for falco-expoter (see falcosecurity/falco-exporter#58), and I believe it also makes sense for Falco metrics.
