Describe the Feature Request

Provision the VM with the following HW requirements:

Memory: 32 GB RAM
Processor: Intel i7 (8-core) (or a similar AMD architecture)
Disk: 100 GB SSD (based on our assumption that you will not use much patient data for FAIR4Health validation)
