Feature Request

Describe the Feature Request

Provision the VM with the following HW requirements:

  • Memory: 32 GB RAM
  • Processor: Intel i7 (8-core) (or a similar AMD architecture)
  • Disk: 100 GB SSD (based on our assumption that you will not use much patient data for FAIR4Health validation)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

No

Describe Preferred Solution

SAS IT should provision a VM to deploy the agents

@mertgencturk @sinaci is there any port to be open at the VM. I guess at least port 443 inbound to call the endpoints from the platform. And testbed.fair4health.eu:443 outbound to register the services and maybe some interaction with the ppddm manager right?

@carloscaverobarca We plan to manage any internal routing through nginx. Hence, the following are the ports I can currently envision:

  • 80, 443: so that Nginx can serve PPDDM Agent and onFHIR services
  • 22: so that we can access through SSH

Sometimes hospitals IT do not want to open port 80 (at least as inbound), please take this into consideration, just in case. I already informed @martinezalicia16 and @celalvrom about the ports to be open.

That's OK, we also generally route port 80 to the secure 443 one.

What is the status of the VM? Is it already provisioned?

Hi Carlos.

What is the status of the VM? Is it already provisioned?

As I informed you on 21/07 by email, we have already available the virtual machine.

Do you have access to it?

I have just tried to access to our VM, and I cannot connect, I think could be a firewall problem, I have created the incidence to our system administrator to solve it as soon as possible. I will inform you in this GitHub issue.

Best.

Dear all. As I advanced yesterday, the problem with the VM was a firewall configuration. Now, from SAS, we have access to FAIR4Health SAS VM. While we finish managing your VPNs, do you need I perform any tests? Thanks.
