Feature Request

Some attribute values can be mapped to different types of attributes. Since attribute types cannot be changed due to FHIR profiling, extensions can be used for converted attribute values.

For example, instead of birthDate information such as '2020-06-09', age groups such as '20-30' can be used. This can be a choice for birthDate de-identification.
