I have created a new notebook for semantic segmentatic segmentation with dinov2
The current notebook does not works out of the box and many dependencies have
either been outdated, deprecated or moved on to newer version.
I have included a installation cells that fixes all dependencies, fixed dependency versions that works
with the given semantic segmentation notebook.
Since the segmentation heavily relies on mmcv and mmseg these have been moved to new major version updates which completly breaks previous 1.x and 0.x code respectively
