Bump CRC version in E2E CRC OKD Tests workflow to latest versions

We had added nightly E2E workflow of CRC configured with okd preset that allows us to run tests on OpenShift 4.x on an ephemeral cluster with administrator privileges.

However, I wasn't able to get crc's latest version (v2.41.0 at the time of writing, which contains 4.15.0-0.okd-2024-02-23-163410 OKD bundle). I had created an issue on CRC repository crc-org/crc#4382

Once this issue gets fixed we should upgrade crc and okd versions to latest available versions.

CRC and OKD versions are updated to latest versions.

We're currently using CRC v2.32.0 that comes with OKD 4.14.0-0.okd-scos-2024-01-10-151818
