Version 0.9 not appearing as an available layout (MacOS) #124

For some reason putting the new 0.9 keylayout file in ~/Library/Keyboard Layouts doesn't work for me; it doesn't appear as an available layout no matter what I do (restart, log out/in, I tried /Library/Keyboard Layouts as well). But 0.8 continues to work in the same spot.

Please close this if this isn't reproducible, I wasn't certain if this was a MacOS bug on my end or a problem with the layout. I'm leaning toward the layout because I can re-install 0.8 easily enough.

Maybe have a look at issue #121 and its fix
