Add documentation for modern universal linking + individual path examples

I was researching universal links via expo router and noticed that ios guide uses this pattern in docs

        "appID": "{APPLE_TEAM_ID}.{BUNDLE_ID}",
        "paths": ["*"]
      }

While Apple's doc site uses different structure, mainly paths vs components

      {
        "appID": "{APPLE_TEAM_ID}.{BUNDLE_ID}",
        "components": [ { "/": "/*" } ]
      }

One shown on apple's site looks a tad confusing, plus, I am not sure which pattern is correct and most up to date one. Finally, perhaps few examples showing how to set up links for specific paths / query params could be useful part of docs for expo as well?
